This is part of a series of small watercolors not of particular places, just painted from memories of scenes in Michigan. For me, this one brings back memories of time spent on the rivers and lakes in West Michigan. I don't know if I've seen this view with my own eyes, but I often imagine what a birds eye view would be of an already beautiful scene. It may remind you of somewhere you've been.
